A. Yes. NSW laws state that all essential services must be inspected and certified every 12 months.

A.This is the best way to ensure that all essential services are in working order. ( This is for your safety in the event of a property fire).
Q.What if our building does not have a current essential services certificate?
A. All liabilities for damage and/or loss of life, will be directed to the person(s) responsible for this decision. Fire Rate can take this pressure off the owners and ensure that all emergency services are in working order. We certify to the Building Code of Australian Standards.
Q. How do we go about receiving a fire certificate for essential services?

An inspection of services is required in order for us to issue a certificate.
